 Have you taken her to the vet for a complete work up? Has she been spayed? Such sudden behavior changes are not normal and there has to be an underlying cause. She needs to be seen by a vet for a full blood panel work up to see if there's an underlying health reason for this sudden change.

If no health issues, then the next step would be with a behaviorist.
