I apologize if this is a redundant question. My 16 week old hairless pup had terrible acne on her neck, upper back and one leg. They are not blackheads or pearl lesions. These are large, deep, cyst-like sores. She scratches them as if they bother her. I am uncertain if I should intervene or simply leave them alone and let them resolve in time. I am afraid as well that I could be potentiating the problem with my soap/lotion used for her bath. I am using cetaphil cleanser and aveno lotion.
