Are they altered? You have one or two things (or both) going on. First, if your female is intact, your male is reacting to the hormones (whether he's neutered or not). If both are altered, the male is simply letting the female know that he's the alpha in the house. Unfortunately, only time, much patience & understanding on your part (and a bit of submission on the female's part - good luck there) will help.

As for your guy not getting out of bed if wearing a belly band...trust me, he's TOTALLY manipulating you (they're the master at it). Just put it on him and leave it on him...he'll come around.

As for your female, I suggest you get here spayed if she's not already. If she is, then what were the circumstances in which you got her, i.e., where did she come from - a reputable breeder, a puppy mill/BYB, pet store, etc.?
