When I had gone to the vet. I asked him if he thought it was staph, I also told him that simplicef is the suggested med for that.I think he thought it was more of a dermatitus type thing, and put my pooch on the Clavamox and Animax.
The rash looks like normal skin, except for a tiny bit of crustyness around the edge, other than that, it only seems to get darker in color.
