I use it on my crestie and she didn't show any signs of allergy. Just something to keep in mind. Is it possible that you are over cleansing him? Perhaps you've disturbed the skin balance and that is why you're getting the red spots. Do go with baby shampoos and suntan lotion they are just the holy grail of good ideas for the little buggers.
