High enzymes, no matter what breed means there is trouble with the liver. I lost a schnauzer to liver cancer because my vet didn't think that it was relevent. You should have more tests done for the liver, there are a couple, just to make sure that it is functioning well. If caught in time they can remove the part of the liver that is not well and it will grow back. If you wait too long then it attacks other parts of the body. Then get your dog on Prescription L/D dog food. It is made especially for dogs that are prone to liver disease. The oncologist that treated my dog at the end was amazed that it was not diagnosed right from the start. If your vet isn't able to do these tests get him to refer you to a specialist in your area. Hope all goes well.
