 Untuk meningkatkan motivasi diri, anda perlu memberanikan diri dan menjadi seorang yang bersosial. Untuk permulaan, anda boleh keluar dengan rakan-rakan wanita anda yang sudah rapat dengan lelaki. Contohnya keluar makan. Dan topik perbualan anda ialah tentang makanan tersebut. Biasakan dengan grup ini, keluar dengan mereka setiap hari. Tukar topik, seperti tentang filem pula...Dan selepas satu tempoh, anda keluar dengan grup lain pula sambil tidak melupakan grup asal anda. Insya-Allah anda berjaya. Semoga berjaya!!
