saya ada mempunyai masalah untuk berhent beronani.Sejak dulu lagi saya sudah cuba tetapi gagal.Ianya bagaikan suatu ketagihan sama seperti ketagihan dadah.Saya cuba sedaya upaya akan tetapi saya akan berasa gelsah dan tidak tenteram sekiranya saya tidak melakukannya..Setelah beberapa tahun mencuba tetapi mash tidak mampu..in menyebabkan saya berfikr untuk berhenti daripada melakukannya adalah hampir mustahil..tolong saya.
