Askm..hai..masalah ini amat berat untuk diperkatakan.Ianya memerlukan kekuatan dalaman yang tinggi untuk menolak semua kehendak seks ini.Hmm..dengan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah merupakan satu cara yang boleh menjauhkan diri daripada memikirkan perkara ini.Setiap masa penuhi ruang dengan berselawat kepada Allah,perbanyakkan sembahyang hajat,baca Al-Quran,selalu berdoa kepada Allah,Insya'Allah Allah akan memberikan pertolongan.Ikhlas dan jujur dalam memohon kemapunan dari Allah..
Bagi mengelakkan dari berfikir benda-benda ini,habiskan masa dengan beriadah,bergaul dengan kawan-kawan,buat perkara-perkara yang boleh mengelakkan diri berfikir tentang perkara-perkara ini..jangan bersendirian kerana ianya akan menyebabkan anda leka dan lalai...
