saya berumur 26 tahun,bekerja sebagai seorang pegawai dalam kerajaan.masalah saya,saya sering mengalami perasaan sedih hampir setiap hari.saya sendiri tak tahu kenapa saya sedih.saya tak ada tempat nak mengadu.ibu saya tak pernah nak ambil tahu isi hati saya.pernah saya cuba bercerita tentang masalah saya padanya tapi dia menukar topik lain.tak mahu mendengar masalah saya.saya amat sedih.kerana sikap saya yang selalu rasa sedih,saya banyak habiskan masa dengan tidur bila di luar waktu kerja.bagi saya bila saya tidur masa akan berlalu tanpa saya rasa sedih.saya jadi takut menjalinkan hubungan dgn lelaki kerana takut dengan kelemahan diri.saya rasa saya memang mengalami masalah kemurungan tapi tak mahu berjumpa doktor.bagaimana untuk saya mengubah pemikiran saya dan menjadi orang yang lebih sihat dan ceria?
