Mungkin hgpa rasa hormat dengan orang2 lama nie pasai tulah susah sket hgpa nak borak dgn depa kut.Yelah kalo cakap lelebih kan tergurislak hati depa, almaklumlah orang lama n veteran sensitip sket... Takpa hangpa tak payah nak susah2kan otak hgpa, org lama ke org baru ke sama saja manusia ada hati n perasaan dan mahu bersosial, anggap mereka sama je soo jgn set dlm minda jurang usia .
Sebenarnya org lama nilah lebih patut didekati sebab depa ni lebih matang and banyak pengalaman. Jangan terlepas ambil ilmu drp mereka, dekati mereka sure mereka pun berlapang dada untuk mendekati kamu. Macam org kata what u give u get back. Jangan jadikan masaalah sebagai masaalah tapi atasilah masaalah.
Pasal kerja tu hangpa buat apa yang patut, peduliklah apa orang nak kata, inikan masa depan hangpa lgpun hgpa baru kat situ pasti byk yg nak dipelajari, yang penting hangpa tahu apa yang hangpa nak. Tapi jangan sekali main cara kotor demi kenaikan pangkat, atau terlibat dgn politik kotor kat ofis, klu hgpa rasa hgpa dah buat apa yang patut dan betul teruskan jangan dilayan org2 yang berfikiran sempit tu, berani kerana benar ok,tunjukkan kepada mereka yg hangpa juga boleh berjaya barulah depa respect n tak berani kacau2 hangpa lagi, hgpa boleh.. chiiaaayooooooooo..
