My great grandfather, Thomas Hanlon, born in Ireland (we believe). His family was from County Kildare Roberts Town. He married my great grandmother (madin name, Kerrigan).

Children: Marcella Rose Hanlon b. (abt.) 1863 d. 1950
(She was a Chicago school principal for 50 yrs.)

Mary Agnes Hanlon b. 1867 d. Mar., 1949
(My grandmother) Married Stephen Austin Ladd
b. (abt.) 1859 d. 12-30-1911
Three sons: Jim Ladd b. (abt.) 1891 Chicago, IL
Stephen Austin Ladd b. (abt.) 1900 Chgo. and
Thomas Francis Ladd b. Aug. 2, 1906 Chgo.
(and a daughter who died in early childhood).

John Hanlon - b. 1865

Thomas Hanlon - b. 1875

Thomas Hanlon purchased a family cenetery plot (12 graves) on Apr. 4, 1875, in Calvary Cemetery, 301 Chicago Av., Evanston, IL. (We have original deed.) The Hanlons that are burried there are:

Ellen Hanlon - 4-3-1875 --- date of interment
Thomas Hanlon - 4-17-1905 (not my great grandfather - he
died on a ship while going to
visit family in Ireland. He is
burried in Ireland and my great
grandmother is burried in
Mt. Olivet Cemetary - Chgo.)
Ida Hanlon - 1-10-1909
Stephen A. Ladd - 1-2-1912
John Hanlon - 2-25-1935
John Hanlon - 6-5-1935
Wm. Hanlon - 4-10-43
Mary A. Ladd - 3-10-49
Marcella Hanlon - 7-15-50
Thomas F. Ladd - 3-10-79 (my dad)
Agnes Ladd - 9-25-97 (my mom)
