 Take a chicken from yer freezer, unwrap, puttin it on a glass pie dish. Pop in the microthingy and hit defrost, when defrosted set micro for 25 minutes and hit start. when done, serve up these yummy fixins, yer hubby and younguns will think yer a perfesional chef.
