Meat Loaf (For Microwave Cooking)

2-1/2 pounds of Ground Chuck
2 Eggs
1-1/2 cups of Bread Crumbs
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup milk
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder

Mix above ingredients well. Put in a glass loaf pan or corning ware casserole dish. Shape into a loaf. Spread some ketchup on the top. If using a glass loaf pan cover with plastic wrap. Make sure there is a pleat on the top of the wrap. If using casserole dish put lid on it.
Set microwave to medium high and timer to 23 min. Once done cooking let set for 10 minutes as it is still cooking. Time for cooking may vary according to voltage of your microwave. Enjoy! Leftovers are great on a sandwich.
