Subject: Vibrant LS Floppy drive will not work

I have Vibrant LS. The floppy and the modem do not work, any ideas. I need a way to transfer data out of the laptop to my pc. I have not been able to find out how to expose or remove my floppy drive or mother board to check for cracks. Any information would be helpfull.
