I just got a Transmode Vivante SE, and it had been sitting in a pawn shop for about 6 months. When I first looked at it it worked, but you had to jiggle the power cord. Now the battery is toatally drained and no amount of jiggle does anything. Any advice before I take it to a tech would be appriciated. BTW, I have never owned or worked with a laptop before, and am only a moderate PC user.
Thanks in advance.
