Mark,
Thank you for the message. Although to say that I'm
displeased is an understatement. Is not the warranty that
comes with a computer a contract? Is this not a violation
of the contract if the warranty is still valid?
The fact that it is clearly a manufacturing (not user-caused) defect makes this all the more infuriating.
