I sent a personal check and an order for a Zip disk, a spare battery and AC adapter. Got the stuff in the mail within a week (USPS, I think). Haven't used it yet, though (no disks).

I have an LS-120 right now so there's Iomega software on my computer, but I did note they didn't send anything more than the unit itself. So I assume the proper drivers, if needed, would be on the CD that came with my Vivante SE.

I would have liked a note of some sort, but all I got was a receipt. Still, I got what I wanted.
