Hi Trent,
Thanks for your answer. I an assuming that you can successfully display DVD with your DVD drive. If you noted my message about my inability to access DVD movies and the "MMSYSTEM275" error I am receiving. On computer strart up, I am shown the Teac cd-rom drive as the Main CD drive with the secondary master being the Toshiba DVD drive. I am wondering if this is what you are seeing when you start up, or the DVD as being the Primary Drive.
Do you think I should completely reinstall the Windows 98 Second edition, and then follow the the original "re-install" instruction sheet that came with my SE? As I had mentioned, I got past the "does not support a video device" message, but am getting errors trying to playl commercia DVD's, and blocky playback of MPEG 1 files from my hardrive.
Thanks
Patrick
