The problem of a loose connector is covered under ASE's warranty, (assuming your computer is still under warranty) but you'll need to pay the $25 for shipping & handling. I would recommend sending a cashier's check or money order so you aren't waiting 3 weeks to get your computer back for something they can fix the day the get your computer.
