Walter Newman Cornish is my father, although he died in 1963
I am very keen to find out any thing relating to his time on HMS Arethusa.

I have very few details apart from the fact he served aboard her in the Second World war,as an able seaman,I seem to remember him telling me that he was aboard her when she was torpedoed, But I may have this wrong.

I know it is a long shot, I may even have the wrong e mail address for such information ?

I do look forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely.

Trevor Cornish
