Subject: Trinity House trained/Marine silver medal.

William HENDLE 1831-81 born London UK married 1856 NZ and died 1881 New Zealand. Lighthouse keeper New Zealand.
On his application to become the first lighthouse keeper at Mana Island NZ, he stated he served Trinity of London and received a silver medal from the Marine Society of London.
That this qualified him to be the best choice for the job.
I now know Trinity House history and Marine Society.
HOW do I find who HENDLE parents/siblings were.
WHO can access this information for me?
I live in New Zealand.
