Subject: Wellesley Nautical School

I was at Wellesley from 2nd July 1969 to 27th March 1972 and i was sad to leave the place (they had to kick me out)30 odd years on i still think about the times i had there and am glad to say it shaped my life, i don't know what it was about the place but it brings a lump to your throat when you think about it, i was in Boscawen and the house masters where Mr Burt and Mr Mulligan and i thought at they were "Great Blokes" and i would like to think that they are still going and having a good life as they put a lot of lads on the right path (in my case it took a bit longer, even after i left Wellesley)but i will never forget my time there and 'm sure plenty other Old Boys feel the same way as well.
