Subject: vet notice to all players

starting october 5, the vet will be receiving reports from feel the wind acres horse welfare officers. This will happen at the start of each new game year.
Owners of horses not under the care of a stable will get a call out charge. All horses not covered by insurance will be charged for checking and any treatment.
If you do not pay your bill, you will be fined for neglect.
if you do not pay the bill and fine, your horses will be rescued.
