well, I think i'm being fair giving them 8 weeks, as not everyone can get to a computer very often, and sometimes people are studying hard. I do think though that 8 weeks is ample time to to pop in and either buy stalls or board somewhere. If not, then they are deleted, which makes room for others to join. I used to find pics for new members, but I don't have as much time now, and it's difficult when players create rare or strange colored horses. Also, players will create a horse with a color as the breed, and you don't know what they had in mind.e.g-palomino and pinto.
So it's safer to let players provide their own. However, I still provide pics for sale and lucky dip horses, and the breeding supervisor provides pics for bred horses.
Also, there is a job where someone can offer to find pics for players horses.
