I would have my army make camp out of range of their arrows. My halberdiers would be set to cutting down the trees, and once they were cut down, I would have the engineers oversee the construction of a trebuchet. When the trebuchet is finished, it would be set to work destroying the castle walls. When no more stone could be found for the trebuchets, the bodies of our dead counterparts would be hurled over the walls, in the hopes of making them sick. If this does no make them surrender, the trebuchet would be dismantled, and the wood would be used to create a mobile bridge. The common soldiers, with the trained warriors as their officers, would charge the castle, carrying the mobile bridge. They would set up the bridge, with the archers sniping at any head that showed, and charge onto the other side of the moat, entering the castle through one of the destroyed posrtions caused by the trebuchet. 75 soldiers should be enough to take care of any forces in the outer ring formed by the concetric walls. Once all forces are in, the bridge would be brought in through the wall and again dismantled. The archers would continue to provide covering fire, and when they ran out of arrows, a few of the logs could be cut up, plus any arrows that had fallen in the outer ring could be retrieved. Anyway, the logs from the bridge would be used to make a battering ram, the shields of the 10 trained warriors used to protect the heads of its carriers. This would be used to get through the inner gate. The 75 would charge through and dispatch any remaining forces.
