Subject: Another speech

A Minister Of War needs four things; Intelligence, Charisma, Strong will and deep resolve. It sohappens I have all four of these things. I have worked to preventing one war and have stopped a second. I am a beast that will follow the ideals of the people and create a new strength here in Nightshade so that we may be able to become a mighty power, controlling many and dfending our freedom. I swear that each and every warrior, officer and civillian will be taken into my thoughts when I make a decision. Every beast here knows that a power can only start as a potential. Well, Nightshade has the potential. As Minister of War I will lend my own strength to help that potential become a power.
