A senator is the one voice of his or her ship, but to be that one voice the senator must hear the voices of all his or her crewbeasts! So speak to me now, comrades! Surely my concerns reach beyond that of merely my ship, even the voice of a total stranger is of greatest value to me. For truly, if I can hear out a stranger, is he still a stranger after sharing his thoughts with me? No, I tell you! Share with me your visions, your ideas, your thoughts, and no longer will we be strangers in a strange land! Speak with me, comrades, and we will bond in unity this fortress! My dreams are of peace and fellowship, where friends will not quarrel and have war, but will share openly what they think and dream and hope for! Share with me, my friends! You probably do not know me. I am a Vice Admiral, and you are a Lieutenant, but I believe that your status is above mine, as you are a Senator. You are also a better beast than, I, methinks. Yet, that matters not, as I came here to submit a proposition that I hope you will, in turn, give to Admiral Fleetpaws. I believe that Coins should have a purpose other than determining rank. Another type of unit (stars, perhaps) should determine rank, whereas for every star given, a coin is as well.
