During a war, a thousand things are happening at once. The enemy is moving, your forces are being defeated on one front, the enemy has taken a town, etcetra, etcetra. War truly is hell. It takes a great leader to take in all this information, process it, and come out with disicions on how to react to each of them, and the war as a whole. My opponent will have you believe that a Minister of war needs only four things. No, he needs a thousand things, all combining together to make one thing. That one thing is all that matters: a Minister of War needs to be so great a leader that the people under his command will follow him into hell and back. My adversary believes that one must follow the ideals of the people, that one must do as the people want. Well, I think that one does not have to obey the wishes of the people, but one MUST do what you think is best for the people as a whole, and what is best for the war effort. Vote for me, and all of my ideals that I have presented to you here will come to life, and I will not let down Fort Nightshade, Our Ruler, Admiral Fleetpaws, or the armies. Thank you.
