Subject: Another Secretary of War speech

A war is a thing best left avoided if possible, it sweeps across the lands like a pestilence, consuming all in its path. But there are times when a war is necessary to stand up for wht you believe is right, to liberate, to asytop a tyranny. Each of these reasons is just one of thousands. A ecretary of war's purpose is not to fight, not to prolong fighting, but to end the fighting, end the war as quickly as possible. Itis not easily done but it is possible. A secretary of war can usher us to defeat or rise us up in victory. A secretary of war needs Charisma, Strength, Military Knowledge, a strong resolve and intelligence to name a few. Vote for me as our secretary of war and IO will rise Nighshade up in victory
