I say its a good plan. Snowstar, I think Doompaw has a good point. How about the entirety of the Fort elects a represenative of each ship and they can appoint sveral subordinate senetors. Now that I hear it it sound slike a great plan. One more thing, Many members on my ship have been inactive. I would request permission to demote them if this continues.
