I would ask permission first to writers still findable. *g* Some of the stuff has been up for a couple of years and I fear a lot of the authors have gone with the wind. I wonder if authors would be upset if they did automatically go to the new archive? What's your opinion on that? A lot of the fic moved from my Willow site when it still had an archive and none of the authors minded...

I'll try to ask as many authors as possible...;) Let me know.

It's tricky. I know for myself, I prefer my fics to go to specific archives, the ones I think are good. I know it may seem harsh, but especially in the S/W department, some stuff is so bad you want to cry. some stuff is good or great. I want my fics to be with the great stuff...

So if the exact same fics go from here to there - what's the difference? I'm still in good company... :)

But that's just me. Other authors might have different reasons for picking archives, others would like their work to be published on as many sites possible (makes sense I guess, if only I was a sensible person... )
