-Having been hanging back, listening to the talk child speaks up. Her words are slow, almost ashamed, having been told how bad her parentage was by the slayers who had raised her.
Uh, Buffy? My mother was a slayer, like I said, but my dad he... He was a vampire. Um, I have, er, most of the powers of vampires, and I have the strength of one. Thats why the slayers let me help them kill vampires even though I am still a kid.
