  • In many cases you are right. But if people are going to blame that manager (and quite rightly so) then the players have to take their share of the blame. For all the good performances ruined by a mistake or sheer bad luck, we've had debacles like Oxford and Bury at home, the defence at Luton etc. -- SHB, 13:28:05 07/03/01 Wed
    • No, sorry Tickle - there have been many stinkers ! Bury home, Posh home - 1st half, Bristol Rovers home, Reading home, Walsall away (for most of it), Cambridge - 1st half, Bournemouth away (Cup and League), and then there are all the silly mistakes in the last 10 mins that let in the opposition !   • I agree totally with you Jez. This has got to be one of the worst seasons I have witnessed at the Vetch. How on earth did things go so wrong? Hollins has shown himself to be totally useless at getting the most out of his team. No wonder the players have no respect for him. What's so galling is that we will have to start from scratch again next season.
