Subject: conversation continued after "the buck snorts"
whisper and wildfire keep walking along they don't remember it taking this long to get where they were they keep walking and get to a stream they realize they were deffently never here it starts to get dark out and they havn't eaten all day they hope they are still within the territories of emerald forest they decide they are going to try and catch a fish in the stream they go into the water and jump around once in awhile calling to their parents

the adults are still running once in awhile hearing a howl or two the sun has almost set and they are worrying about the pups then as they are walking they stumble upon the great buck deer the pups ran into just about an hour ago they see the buck and he snorts at them apparently not scared

Cloud sniffs the air and catches the scent of the two little lost pups. She knows that they were here and probably ran into the buck also. "I hope they're all right," she says to herself and her and Wildfire continue the search getting closer and closer to the two pups.

Jasmine and Whisper can't catch any fish. "They're too fast," Jasmine points out the obvious, then lays down in the water and sighs. "Maybe if we stay here they'll find us," She says, "plus, I'm too tired and hungry to keep going."

as the adults keep running to find the two little puppy's as they are running they can hear the puppies voice getting closer as they are running it starts to downpour...

whisper agree's with jasmine that they are never going to catch anything so they stay in the water and just splash around then it starts raining. the pups hear a huge crack of thunder and they see a bolt of lightning dart out of the sky and split a tree right down the middle the tree falls over into the water the two pups scramble to get to shore this is the first thunder storm either of them has ever seen and they run out of the water and onto the cold wet earth they stay toghther and look for shelter

Now Cloud and Wildfire can see Whisper and Jasmine and Whisper and Jasmine see them. They run towards each other. Glad to be back together. Then they hear the lightning crackel above. "That sounded close we had better get back," Cloud says.

we walk with whisper and jasmine back home they keep complaining they're hungry so on the way back i see a fawn cloud and i stalk the prey even though it's in the middle of the night we can see perfectly in the darkness.

And we kill it. We let the kids eat until they're full then we eat a little ourselves and then head back and rest.
