Same with above. Btw I never said he should not be responsible (just like Mr.Tung is still responsible for the mess), I only said the action to respond is incorrect (Mr.Tung should resign, not continue). In your example, the police's action of pulling him up is correct, and pushing down a person on the street accidentally is not enough of a reason to fire a police. The example you use to compare is invalid, it would be better if you change the example to a police misfires a bullet through an innocent person's head. That would be a reason for police to retire.

There are always doctors to replace in a hospital. Similiarly, there are plenty of people who have the quality of becoming Chief Executive. Heck, President Reagan was an actor, and he did 1000x better than Mr.Tung. I don't see why you can't think of a person who can do better than Mr.Tung. May be Mr.Tung is your hero?

Also, when a political leader has done a bad job, he needs to step down from his place. Whether there is a better replacement is not a concern -- you need to give another person a try before you say there is no better replacement. Your assumption of no better replacement is flawed, and so obviously flawed.
