Well he said that ANYBODY who pays federal income tax gets the tax cut. And it's funny because most lower class and poverty people don't pay income tax, so why should they get one? I pay it, so I'll get one. It'll get cut by 50%!! So I'm happy about that.

Terry? He's getting a 90-100% cut on his! Yeah and guess what? he's not in the upper class...yet! :)
