It's severely restricted and regulated. Only licensed brothels out in the middle of nowhere can do it and must follow an extremely strict code. Hookers walking the streets of Vegas will still get busted.

But of course. Age restrictions and licenses to sell, just like tobacco and booze. Apply the same laws like DUI, etc.
