okay then everybody who pays taxes then will get a rax cut! Where did this notion that only the rich will get money? Yes they'll get the most back but that's because they pay the most. But even I, a man who makes 12,000 per year will get a tax cut. 50%!!!! So who is to say we poor people don't get one?
