Not a very good job of it. Then again, some people just don't wish to change, even if for the better. Like these teens on Montel smoking crack and selling themselves on the street were given the chance to turn their lives around and were sent to a clinic. They come out clean and sober, but ended up right back on the street.

Well isn't that what most of these programs do? The
