Never heard about the rape thing. I dont doubt its validity though. The one thing that I find VERY funny.... that first election he won... he won that after Arkansa wouldnt reelect him. About a year before the presidentail election, he LOST the Ark Gov Election. So when you own state wont re-elect you, you would think that would give the country a clue? Pfft.
