As for my deep side... I am VERY deep. You should have read all the emails I sent to James when I was overseas. All I did was meditate and think on religion and other topics. I made MANY DEEP break throughs in my religius beleifs and I was in such a good mood. It was like a 5 month high. I was meditating all the time and felt so in tune with the world around me. You could just tell from my change of attitude and such that I was a much more wise person.

Since Ive been back, I havent had time to do alot of meditating because of spending every second with my family. Now I am deployed again, Ive started again and have been beginning to get back what I lost. It is a glorious thing.

Oh... every time you pray, your using a form of meditation.
