Who would turn down handouts and free money? Some people do, like myself. I enjoy working for what I have. If someone gave me a million, I wouldnt complain. If the govt offered me a mil in tax money, Id turn it down. That isnt my money and someone else earned that money. It is their money to have and not the govts to give. Unfortuanly liberals disagree with that.
