Sorry Tommy. I have to raise the bullshit flag on this one. That is deffinitlly NOT what happens. When someone goes before a military or civilian judge, the fact that they guy was gay has nothing at all to do with it. None whatsoever. Unless your deep in mississippi or something. And anything with mainstream media attention will be looked upon by the Polititions such as Janet Reno and the other top notch judge advocates. Nothing like that could ever happen.

The only thing hate crime laws do is another ploy by gay people to try to proove that they mean more and need more attention. A hetrosexual person being killed is equal to a gay person being killed. A black person is equal to a white person. So why make laws for each group? Murder 1 should be good enough for everyone.

Besides... in my opinion... you kill someone... there is no such thing as life. They should fry every fuck who kills anyone. Eye for an Eye.
