I think you just hit the nail on the head. Steve just told me that today. He said try and be logical Tommy and lss emotional. So what do I do in
reaction to what he said? I instantly felt emotional as if I was being attacked and said ..I hate all logic and only want to be emotional. How do I stop reacting from that place inside me that does that? It's almost like a gut reaction to strong emotionions I feel concerning everything. How can someone not be crazy with emotion when you are talking about sucn important issues like who and how the country is going to be run and religion and God etc. Sometimes I feel like a live wire when I get emotional so I just stop and run because I am afraid of losing control. How can I stop reacting from that spot inside me which seems to turn off every rational and logical thought in me at that moment?
