Ok James. I respect your opinion but here is mine. Billy Boy Joe goes and gets high. He gets behind a wheel and kills my daughter in an accident. Jobby the Crack Head needs money for crack. Legal or not... so he kills my wife for the $50 she has in her purse.

Crime will not drop by legalizing drugs. Drug trafficing crime will drop to nothing. But other crime will easily step up and take it over.

Now if you would have said pot only, I could come to turms with that. But when your talking Coke, Crack, Acid, X, ect. I will never give in on that issue.
