But I've found it's the one that comes closest to my views. There was one hell of a stink when they had a three-line whip (told our Members of Parliament which way to vote) over a gay rights issue, which was not exactly favouring homosexuals, and I'm one of the many who beleive that the party was wrong on this.

Still, by injecting my young blood in and being liberal with a small L (a capital L denoting Liberal as in Liberal Democrats, although I prefe the term open-minded, as 'liberal' automatically puts one in mind of the Lib Dems, here in the UK), I hope to bring the Party into the twentieth century. And yes, I know we're now in the 21st. We've got a long way to go.
