I know interest rates are a steal, but could your finances survive unemployment? Sudden hyperinflation? Did you buy "retail" or did you make a effort at the foreclosure market? That's harder, I know but you sound like someone with a few more dollars than I got(mine's still stacking Silver, literally-I got a pirate's chest full of the fucking metal!)
Okay, this is definetely a bachelor talking who's used to living cheap, but what kind o spread you get? And will Mrs. Hovah be making a DB appearance, provided we can get things flowing again?
As for the WMD's I think if Saddam had them, he evac'd them to Syria or Iran as part of a larger scheme to suck more American forces in that difficult to disengage region. I'll say it again-the fall of Baghdad was WWE scripted!
