People such as Dr. Leveque in Oregon and a few other enlightened souls deserve our unwavering support as they merely follow the laws that have been passed in over a dozen states re: the prescription of medicinal marijuana by qualified physicians.

I was at a Democracy Rising event in Phoenix last week and this topic garnered only a brief mention in comparison to how introducing hemp back into our society would revolutionize the entire planet. I understand the issue will get more attention as the traveling event hits Portland, Oregon this weekend, but I doubt anything tangible will occur to alleviate the situation one encounters when exercising the individual rights granted by the good voters in Oregon.
