Subject: To quote Dick Enberg - "Oh, my!" It's about 3am out here in so cal and I am still replaying portions of this episode (even imbedded inside my eyelids, Manette!). Rather than repeat all the marvelous posts below, here are a few disjointed thoughts.... Inside

(1) It seemed to me that much was either filmed or editted from Mac's perspective (i.e. focusing on Mac's face). There were definitely times when I wanted to see Harm's face. Even in those amazing kissing scenes (my heart beat soared and is slow in coming down), did you notice on Harm's face was in more darkness? It was obvious to us that Harm was beaming at her at McMurphey's - but it sure would have been good to see it from a different angle - i.e. directly. There is no question but that Mac (and CB) was absolutely glowing. However, I wanted to see Harm! Also, I thought some of the camera stuff was not very innovative (over the shoulder primarily looking at Mac, on the side together). Bradford May was directing....

(2) Did you notice that little expression that Harm had before he starting kissing Mac at the end of the scene in his apartment? It reminded me of the same expression when he kissed Mac under the mistletoe in All ye Faithful (I think that was the one) before they went to church.

(3) So Cal had a ton of rain at the time of the scene between Harm and Sturgis in the parking lot of JAG HQ. was filmed. (No, I was not there.) However, it looked and felt as cold as I remember it was.

(4) Of course, I loved Steve Bramson's music during the scene in Harm's apt. (as well as in other parts where he continued either the music from, or similar music to, some of the music in Lifeline).

(5) Finally, I used to think that TPTB's unwarranted reliance on Moonlighting was simply a way to try to keep the shippers hooked to the end. Now, I wonder whether the reason Harm and Mac did not get together before this is because DPB could not figure out how to resolve the issue between two people with careers who have to resolve those career conflicts. (Issues which many of us have resolved in one way or the other.) I wonder whether he has life experience from which to really address that issue. I don't really care one way or another about a coin toss. It seemed like an easier way to deal with it than address it headon - like most of us have had to do.

(6) I loved the flashbacks. Sigh!
